Trek Itinerary
Our Team will pick you up from your Guesthouse or Hotel around 9:00 am. Then begin your one-day jungle trekking adventure by walking along the river. The hike continues uphill through rubber plantations to reach the entrance of Gunung Leuser National Park.
Once you are inside the jungle, you have a chance to see semi-wild Orangutans if you are lucky. You will see them hanging and swinging in the trees and caring for their baby. It is truly part of a delightful one-day jungle trekking experience.
Afterward, continue your one-day jungle trekking adventure through the rainforest. You will take a break to enjoy a refreshing snack of tropical fruits. Then hike to a viewpoint for stunning panoramas of the Bahorok River valley. You will also see stunning mountain views.
Stop to enjoy lunch in the jungle while enjoying the stunning view.
And then, explore further to find interesting wildlife. You may see Long-tailed Macaques, Pig-tailed Macaques, Thomas Leaf Monkeys, and Monitor Lizards.
