Booking Payments

Booking payments to secure your spot for treks, tours, and transportation, we require a deposit. The deposit helps us ensure that our team and all necessary equipment are available on your preferred dates. Once you confirm your book, we inform our trek team and transportation providers to reserve those dates exclusively for you. Similarly, for private car transport, the drivers are notified and no other bookings are accepted for those times.To secure your spot for treks, tours, and transportation, we require a deposit. Please note: Under exceptional circumstances, the management reserves the right to cancel a booking and refund the deposit.

when you are ready to book, we will send you an invoice with the deposit amount for your booking. Afterward You can pay the deposit via Wise.com or PayPal.

Deposit Amount

We request a deposit of 25% of the total booking amount, depending on the size of your booking.

Booking Confirmation

And then all bookings must be confirmed, and deposits paid at least 7 days (1 week) before your arrival. when you have arrived in Bukit Lawang, the remaining balance will be due. We kindly ask that the final payment made in cash at the time of your arrival. and then We will inform you of the exact amount to bring in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), along with the equivalent in euros. Please make sure to bring the correct amount as we do not accept card payments on-site.
