TREK ITINERARY

Embark on a thrilling 4 Hours Jungle Trek adventure in Bukit Lawang, begin at 9:00 am pick-up from your guesthouse. First, your journey starts with a walk along the Bohorok River, where you’ll cross a bridge while enjoying your 4 Hours Jungle Trek and hike uphill through rubber plantation before entering Gunung Leuser National Park.

Once inside the jungle, you’ll have the chance to spot semi wild orangutans, often swing through the trees with their young. Afterward, enjoy a tropical fruit snack, and then continue the trek to a scenic viewpoint the Bahorok River valley and surrounding mountains during your 4 Hours Jungle trek.

Next, go deeper into the jungle, where you may encounter Long-Tailed Macaques, Pig-Tailed Macaques, and Thomas Leaf Monkeys. Along the way, take time to relax by a stream or waterfall, where you can swim or simply enjoy the serene surroundings. Your adventure finally ends with “Jungle Taxi” rafting ride down the Bahorok River, returning you to Bukit Lawang, completing the enjoyable trek in 4 Hours of the jungle.

Tour includes : all permits (National Park & Guide Association), certified English guide, fruit snacks, tubing (oversized rubber rings), and rafting captain.
